Scouts & Parents,
I heard that the RRPC clean up went really well. The Church appreciates all the help from the Troop. And the Troop certainly owes a debt of gratitude to RRPC. Scouts worked cleaning out rooms, clearing trash and raking leaves. Good work, Scouts!

Congrats to Aric and Will McC, Troop 770's newest Eagle Scouts! Aric and Will both successfully passed their Eagle Boards of Review last week.

At yesterday's meeting, Scouts cleaned their cooking gear and planned their menus for the December 5th camping trip (we will not have a meeting between now and then).  We will be camping and orienteering at Burlington Plantation off Route 5 east of Richmond.  Depart the Church at 8am and bring a bag lunch. Patrols will do the same thing we did last camping trip to organize meals. Cost is $25 per Scout.

We were unable to schedule the caving trip for December due to an issue with the caving guide. We will likely be going caving in January instead!

2016 Summer camp will be the week of June 19th -- details below. Please sign up now to let us know you are coming--we need folks to commit now so we can reserve a spot!

Peanut sales are over, but online sales continue through the end of the year! See below for more details.

We all have a lot to be thankful for--our families, our friends, our teachers, our homes, our great country in which anything is possible, and many other things.  I hope all the Scouts will reflect on that for a few minutes this Thanksgiving holiday.

Have a great Thanksgiving!
