All new Scouts must submit a Youth Application. You may see one of the Adult Leaders to get one, or use this one online. We will also need a Health Form, Parts A & B.  (BSA Health Form Guidelines Here).

Dues are currently $65 per year--please make checks payable to "Troop 770".

You can find a lot of information to get you started here on our website, such as

Of course, if you have any questions, you can always ask your patrol leader, the senior patrol leader, or the Scoutmaster or an Assistant Scoutmaster.

Our goal is for you to achieve First Class rank within your first year with the Troop.  Advancement after that is up to you at your own pace.

Scouts earn ranks as they journey toward Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Scouting.  Ranks are earned through learning and demonstrating Scouting and outdoors skills and knowledge, earning merit badges, and participating in troop meetings, campouts, service projects, and events.

Check out the Rank page for details of advancement on the Trail to Eagle!

Scouts can earn many merit badges involving subject areas that they are interested in, but certain merit badges are required for Eagle Scout.  These change from time to time, but can be found under the Eagle rank requirements.
