Troop 770 meets during the school year on Sundays from 4 to 5:15 PM

To accommodate school and other events, times occasionally change, so please consult our Troop Calendar.

Troop 770 is open to all boys in the community between the ages of 11 and 18.  We are chartered by River Road Presbyterian Church (across from Collegiate School) and meet in the Church's Kemp Hall a.k.a. "the basement". Boys under eleven and in at least First Grade can join River Road Presbyterian's Cub Scout Pack 770

Most of our troop is from the Tuckahoe Middle and Freeman High School area.  However, our Scouts attend a number of public and private schools.

Our goal is to have one outdoor event per month.  This is often camping, but we also have day events like skiing, rock climbing at Peak Experiences, go-cart racing, and tours of places like the State Capitol or the Marine Corps Museum.

We strive to have each Scout reach First Class within one year of joining the Troop.  Many Scouts continue on to reach Eagle Scout, and the Troop is eager to provide the resources needed to achieve this coveted rank.
